نقش بازیگران مسلح غیردولتی در سیاستگذاری ایران، ترکیه و عربستان سعودی در خاورمیانه

چکیده

از زمان وقوع تحولات اعتراضات مردمی خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا در سال 2011، نقش بازیگران مسلح غیردولتی در سیاستگذاری کشورهای واقع در خاورمیانه افزایش پیدا کرده است. متغیرهای سیستمیک از جمله آنارشی بین­ المللی، بقامحوری، توزیع قدرت نسبی و عدم اطمینان نسبت به نیات و مقاصد سایرین و انعکاس آنها در الگوهای تعاملی کنشگران منطقه ­ای، انگیزه ­های لازم برای امنیت­ سازی و امنیت ­افزایی از طریق گروه ­های غیردولتی را به ­وجود می ­آورند. پرسش اصلی مقالة حاضر این است که سیاستگذاری خاورمیانه ­ای در بهره­ گیری از بازیگران مسلح غیردولتی از چه ماهیت و مختصاتی برخوردار است؟ یافته ­های مقاله حاکی از آن است که بازیگران شبه­ نظامی بنابر ساخت آشوب­ زده خاورمیانه و گسترش جنگ نیابتی در الگوی تقابلی ترکیه، ایران و عربستان از جایگاه ویژه­ای برخوردار شده و در نهایت نیز بر مدار سیاست خارجی قدرت حامی خود گام بر می­دارند. مقالة حاضر از نوع تبیینی بوده و اطلاعات موردنیاز نیز به روش کتابخانه­ ای و مراجعه به منابع اینترنتی معتبر گردآوری می­شود.
