نسل جدید ایران معاصر با چالشهای متعددی در عرصه هویت ناشی از زیست دوفضایی، شامل هویت سیال و متکثر، تضاد ارزشی، تأثیرپذیری از فرهنگ جهانی و کاهش تعلق به ارزشهای ملی و دینی روبهرو است. این وضعیت پیامدهایی همچون تضعیف نهاد خانواده و دین، تشدید شکاف نسلی، بروز نابهنجاریهای رفتاری و روانی، افت تحصیلی، ولنگاری فرهنگی و تهدید انسجام اجتماعی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و رویکرد تحلیل مضمون، از بازخوانی مقالات مرتبط و مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با صاحبنظران بهره برد. ابتدا ۲۴ راهبرد مواجهه با این چالشها شناسایی و سپس با نظر خبرگان بر اساس معیارهایی چون اثربخشی، سرعت اثرگذاری، گستره قلمرو، امکان جلب همکاری بازیگران و تناسب با ظرفیتهای نهادی پالایش شد. در نهایت هفت راهبرد کلیدی شامل والدگری آیندهساز در سپهر دیجیتال، بازطراحی حکمرانی هویت نوجوان، توسعه چرخه محتوای رسانهای هویتساز، کنشگری فرهنگی ـ اجتماعی نوجوان، هویتپروری دینی در زیستجهان نوجوان، هویتسازی در میدان تجربه و تعامل تربیتی و روایت هویت در مدار تربیت و آرمان پیشرفت برگزیده شد.
