امروزه هوش مصنوعی در فرایند پیشتولید تا اکران و در زمینه مدیریت حقوق مالکیت فکری آثار سینمایی نقشآفرین شده است. همچنین هوش مصنوعی میتوانند در مسیر رصد نقض حقوق مؤلف آثار سینمایی کمک کند. این جنبههای مهم از تعامل هوش مصنوعی و مالکیت فکری مرتبط با آثار سینمایی، موجب میشود تا به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال باشیم که هوش مصنوعی چگونه میتواند در مدیریت حقوق آثار سینمایی مشارکت کند؟ نوشتار حاضر از روش تحلیلی - توصیفی استفاده میکند و سرانجام نتیجه میگیرد که احتمال نقض حق مؤلف در فرایند خلق آثار مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی جدی است؛ بنابراین سازمانهای مدیریت جمعی میتوانند بهعنوان یک کنشگر فعال در سیاستگذاریهای آتی با بهرهگیری از هوش مصنوعی به رصد بازار، صدور مجوز بهرهبرداری برای آموزش سامانههای مبتنی بر یادگیری ماشین و دریافت عوض قراردادی اقدام کنند.
