هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه چارچوب و تحلیل وضعیت سیاستهای حمایت از بازارسازی فناوری نانو در ایران می باشد. قلمرو زمانی این پژوهش از ابتدای دهه 1380 تا سال 1402 و قلمرو موضوعی آن سیاست های حمایت از بازارسازی فناوری نانو در ایران است. پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از حیث هدف توصیفی با جهت گیری کاربردی است. دادههای اولیه از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 22 نفر از خبرگان جمع آوری گردید. داده های ثانویه مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل اسناد ملی فناوری نانو، گزارش ها و کتاب های مرتبط و مطالب موجود در پایگاه های اینترنتی ستاد نانو است. تحلیل دادهها از طریق تحلیل محتوای کیفی صورت پذیرفته است. براساس یافته ها 12 ابزار سیاستی بازارسازی فناوری نانو شامل ترویج مزایا و کاربردهای فناوری نانو، اعطای تسهیلات مالی (وام و لیزینگ) و یارانه، حمایت از توسعه زیرساخت ها، طرح ها و پروژه های توسعه محصول، توسعه زیرساخت های فناوری، ارائه مشوق و حمایت از تحقیق و توسعه، اهرم کردن استاندارد، تنظیم گری و قانون گذاری برای توسعه بازار و نفوذ فناوری نانو، قیمتگذاری و حمایت تعرفهای، پیش خرید/ خرید تضمینی، اهرم کردن خریدهای دولتی (تدارکات عمومی)، به همرسانی طرف عرضه و تقاضای فناوری نانو و حمایت از صادرات مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. علیرغم سابقه نسبتاً طولانی و تلاش مستمر سیاستی برای توسعه فناوری نانو، بر اساس ارزیابی اثربخشی ابزارهای بازارسازی، به جز ابزار ترویج مزایا و کاربردهای فناوری نانو، اثربخشی سایر ابزارها متوسط به پایین میباشد که نشان دهنده لزوم توجه بیشتر سیاستگذاران به بازارسازی فناوری نانو به صورت خاص و بازارسازی فناوریهای نوظهور و برافکن به صورت عام در ایران است.
