چارچوب زمینه‌مند برای سیاستگذاری مشارکتی و سرمایه اجتماعی سیال

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت مشارکت اجتماعی و پیچیدگی‌های مدیریت اجتماع در بسترهای سیال و متکثر معاصر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین ابعاد و سازوکارهای سرمایه اجتماعی سیال و تعامل آن با سیاستگذاری مشارکتی، در پاسخ به پرسش اصلی «چارچوب مفهومی و زمینه‌مند سیاستگذاری مشارکتی و سرمایه اجتماعی سیال چگونه می‌تواند مدیریت اجتماع را تسهیل کند؟» از روش تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی-کمّی) بهره گرفته شد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و تحلیل مضمون از طریق نرم‌افزار MAXQDA تحلیل شدند و در بخش کمّی، داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از ۲۵۰ نفر با پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد، از طریق آزمون نرمال بودن، همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی سیال، متشکل از مؤلفه‌هایی نظیر تعاملات اجتماعی پویا، اعتماد نهادی، انسجام فرهنگی، حافظه جمعی و تاب‌آوری اجتماعی، با ساختاری چندلایه و انعطاف‌پذیر، زمینه‌ساز تقویت شبکه‌های اجتماعی و ارتقای سیاستگذاری مشارکتی می‌باشد.
