تحلیل ژئوپلیتیکی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های بازسازی عراق با تأکید بر فرصت‌های ایران

چکیده
حمله آمریکا، ظهور داعش و منازعات داخلی در عراق منجر به کشته و مجروح شدن هزاران نفر، پناهندگی میلیون‌ها نفر و میلیاردها دلار خسارت به بخش­های مختلف این کشور شد. این مقاله به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی این سؤال می‌پردازد که ژئوپلیتیک عراق چه چالش­ها و فرصت‌هایی را برای بازسازی این کشور فراهم می‌کند و فرصت­های ایران در این زمینه کدام­اند؟ مقاله حاضر بحث می‌کند، ژئوپلیتیک عراق به‌طور هم‌زمان چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متعددی را برای بازسازی این کشور به همراه دارد که می­توان با بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی و همکاری‌های بین‌المللی به تحقق آینده‌ای پایدار برای عراق امیدوار بود. این مقاله در پایان برای جلوگیری از اشباع جبران­ناپذیر چالش­های مذکور در همسایگی ایران و استفاده از فرصت­های موجود، مطابق با فهم کامل از واقعیت­های میدانی عراق، پیشنهاد‌هایی را مطرح کرده است که می‏توانند برای حضور ایران در بازسازی عراق و استفاده از فرصت­های آن راهگشا باشند.
