مفهوم یادگیری خطمشی در طی دو دهه اخیر موردتوجه اغلب پژوهشگران و دانشپژوهان حوزه خطمشیگذاری قرار گرفته است. یادگیری خطمشی در عمومیترین سطح عبارت است از بهروزرسانی باورها، افزایش اطلاعات و دانش خطمشیگذاران. علیرغم پژوهشهای متعدد انجام شده، و نیز به دلیل پراکندگی موضوعی در این حوزه، هنوز درک جامعی از این مفهوم ایجاد نشده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ایجاد تصویر کلان از یادگیری خطمشی در فضای حکمرانی است. برایناساس، در این پژوهش از یکی از محبوبترین روشهای مروری، یعنی مرور دامنهای که آرکی و اومالی (۲۰۰۵) آن را ارائه نموده اند، استفاده شده است. برای شناسایی مطالعات، جستجوها در پایگاهدادههای اسکوپوس، وب او ساینس و ابسکوهاست انجام شده است. برای غربالگری از چکلیست استانداردی استفاده کردیم، و در نهایت ۴۸ مطالعه وارد مرور نهایی شدهاند. همچنین برای افزایش کیفیت مرور از دستورالعمل Prisma-ScR استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهند که تمرکز اصلی پژوهشها بر روی بررسی یادگیری خطمشی در ارتباط با سایر مفاهیم حوزه خطمشیگذاری (یادگیری خطمشی و انواع آن، ارزشیابی خطمشی، چارچوب ائتلاف مدافع، تغییر خطمشی، حکمرانی، ذینفعان و بازیگران خطمشی، انتقال خطمشی، شکست خطمشی، انتشار خطمشی، همگرایی خطمشی) بوده است. در نهایت توصیههایی جهت پژوهشهای آتی ارائه شده است.
