تبیین تغییر سیاست محدودیت حضور نمایندگان حقوقی بنگاه‌های خصوصی در دادگاه‌ها بر اساس مدل جریانات چندگانه کینگدان

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به تبیین تغییر سیاست «اعطای اجازه استفاده از نمایندگان قانونی غیر وکیل به بنگاه‌های خصوصی در محاکم دادگستری» در چارچوب جریانات چندگانه کینگدان پرداخته است. مستندات منتشره از سوی مراجع رسمی و مصاحبه با بازیگران سیاستی به ‌عنوان منابع پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند و با روش تحلیل تماتیک، مضمون‌های اصلی، مضمون‌های سازمان‌دهنده و مضمون‌های فراگیر صورت‌بندی شدند. بالابودن هزینه طرح دعاوی بنگاه‌های خصوصی در محاکم و بیکاری جمع کثیری از فارغ‌التحصیلان حقوق به‌عنوان جریان مسئله، اعطای امتیاز معرفی نماینده حقوقی به بنگاه‌های خصوصی و ایجاد امکانات برابر بین موجودیت‌های دولتی و خصوصی به‌عنوان جریان سیاستی احصا شد. همچنین جریان سیاسی در قالب پیگیری در مجلس شورای اسلامی و در قوه قضائیه معین شده‌اند. علاوه بر این، نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی، مجامع و تشکل‌های صنفی و وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی به‌عنوان کارآفرینان سیاستی احصا شدند. مکان‌گزینی محفل نهادی مرتبط نیز اصلی‌ترین راهبرد کارآفرینان در رخداد این تغییر بوده است.
