تبیین خرده‌نظام سیاستی دریاچه ارومیه بر مبنای چارچوب ائتلاف‌های حامی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی خرده­نظام سیاستی دریاچه ارومیه با به‌کارگیری چارچوب ائتلاف‌های حامی است. در این پژوهش، ائتلاف­های فعال در خرده­نظام سیاستی دریاچه ارومیه، باورها و منابع آن‌ها با رویکرد کیفی شناسایی‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، افراد آشنا با خرده­نظام سیاستی دریاچه ارومیه و اسناد مکتوب در این زمینه بوده است. نمونه­گیری با روش گلوله برفی انجام شده است و اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه و مطالعه اسناد، جمع­آوری و با روش تحلیل محتوا، کدگذاری شده است. مهم­ترین نتایج این پژوهش، شناسایی سه ائتلاف حامی مدیریت زیست بومی، ائتلاف حامی رویکرد مهندسی و ضرب‌الاجلی و ائتلاف بالقوه سمن­های زیست‌محیطی است. نوع فعالیت این سه ائتلاف را می‌توان با ویژگی­های خرده­نظام سیاستی خط­مشی­گذاری متعارض، تبیین کرد.
