بررسی موانع دستیابی زنان به مناصب سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هر چند در راستای افزایش مشارکت زنان در عرصة سیاسی در جوامع مختلف از جمله در ایران گام‌هایی برداشته شده، ولی هنوز شاهد سهم ناچیز زنان در هرم قدرت نظام سیاسی هستیم. لذا این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از مراجعه به منابع نظری و مصاحبه کیفی با نمونة هدفمند از مقامات سیاسی اجرایی و نخبگان علمی آگاه به مسئله، به کشف و بررسی کلیدی‌ترین موانع دستیابی زنان به مناصب سیاسی در ج.ا.ا به قصد ارائة راهکارهای سیاستی برای کاهش و رفع این موانع می‌پردازد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تعابیر مردسالارانه با شکل‌دهی به سیستم سیاسی و به‌تبع کاستن تجربه و اعتمادبه‌نفس اجرایی زنان، موانع دستیابی زنان به مناصب سیاسی بوده‌اند. در پایان راهکارهایی سیاستگذارانه برای مواجهه با این مسئله پیشنهاد شده است.
