فراتحلیل پژوهش‌ها و تجارب جهانی برنامه‌ریزی شهری در مواجهه با پاندمی کرونا

چکیده

با توجه به وقوع همه­ گیری کووید-19 و ایجاد شرایط مغایر با روال عادی زندگی، بررسی آثار حضور این ویروس در سطح جهان و روش ­های مدیریت این بحران می­تواند مسیر مطالعاتی و برنامه­ ریزی در این شرایط را هموار نماید. بدلیل پراکندگی در رویکردها و موضوعات مطروحه در این زمینه و عدم وجود یکپارچگی در ساختار و نظم در نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش ­ها، مقاله پیش­رو مبتنی بر راهبرد فراتحلیل می­باشد. نتایج پژوهش، بیانگر نیاز به ایجاد تاب­ آوری در نقاط مختلف جهان با توجه به افزایش بلایا و همه­ گیری­ ها می­ باشد. اطلاعات و فناوری مکانی با جمع ­آوری داده ­های مکانی و ارائه اطلاعات با استفاده از پیشخوان­ های مکانی و نرم‌افزارهای اطلاع‌رسانی، گام مؤثری در راستای کنترل و مدیریت این بحران می­ باشد. همچنین، بیشتر مقالات به ارائه پیشنهاد و راهکارهای قابل اجرا نپرداخته­ اند؛ بنابراین به تحقیقات بنیادی جهت حصول شناخت کافی و تحقیقات کاربردی جهت دستیابی به راهکارهای مطلوب نیاز است.
