ارائه الگوی سیاستی برای مواجهه با بیماری‌های همه‌گیر نوظهور با رویکرد تاب‌آوری ملی

چکیده

در این پژوهش، اقدامات و سیاست­ های 10 کشور با موفقیت نسبی بیشتر و کمتر در مدیریت بحران کووید-19 در بازه زمانی ژانویه تا دسامبر 2020، با رویکرد مدیریت تاب­ آوری ملی و استفاده از روش فراترکیب بررسی شده است. بررسی نحوه مواجهه ایران با ویروس کووید-19 نیز از دیدگاه خبرگان این حوزه و همچنین با بررسی سیاست­ های مقابله با بیماری در کشور از طریق تهیه روزشمار و نگاشت اقدامات انجام شده روی منحنی روند بیماری در کشور و تجزیه و تحلیل اقدامات انجام شده در طول مدت بررسی با رویکرد مدیریت تاب­ آوری ملی صورت گرفته است.  با استفاده از تجارب سایر کشورها و درس­ آموزی از نحوه برخورد  کشور با بیماری کووید-19، الگوی سیاستی پیشنهادی برای مواجهه با بیماری­ های همه­ گیر نوظهور با رویکرد تاب­آوری ملی ارائه شده است.
