تبیین چالش های اجرای سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش بر اساس روش فراترکیب

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، فرا ترکیب یافته های  پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه چالش های اجرایی سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش است. روش پژوهش، کیفی از نوع فراترکیب است. جامعه تحقیق، یافته‌های پژوهشی یک دهه یعنی از سال 1390 تا  1399 می باشد که از میان مطالعات منتشر شده، تعداد 50 مقاله به طور هدفمند بر مبنای اهداف پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، فیش برداری است که همزمان با فرایند جمع آوری اطلاعات، یافته های حاصله؛ دسته بندی، کدگذاری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش علی رغم نقاط قوت و ظرفیت های فراوان با چالش های سیاستگذاری، چالش های مفهومی، چالش های مدیریتی، چالش های قانون‌گذاری و چالش های اجرایی مواجه است.
