روند نگاری تحقیقات در حوزه حکمرانی چندسطحی

چکیده

رشد سریع مسائل پیچیده در سازمان‌ها نیازمند همکاری و مشارکت تمامی ذینفعان در سطوح مختلف است تا به اهداف سازمانی دست یابند. حکمرانی چندسطحی به‌عنوان یک پدیده نوظهور اهمیت ویژه‌ای یافته است. این پژوهش به شناسایی مراجع کلیدی و گرایش‌های جهانی حکمرانی چندسطحی به‌عنوان یک فرصت در عرصه حکمرانی می‌پردازد. برای این منظور، از روش علم‌سنجی استفاده شد و تولیدات علمی در پایگاه وب آو ساینس طی سال‌های 1996 تا 2023 تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده توسعه قابل‌توجه تولیدات علمی در این حوزه است که گواهی بر اهمیت آن در میان پژوهشگران به شمار می‌آید. کشورهای انگلستان، آلمان و آمریکا در دهه گذشته بیشترین تولیدات علمی را داشته‌اند. همچنین، دانشگاه‌هایی نظیر دانشگاه لندن و دانشگاه کاردیف به‌عنوان مراکز برجسته در این زمینه شناسایی شده‌اند. بیشترین تمرکز پژوهش‌ها به مطالعات محیطی، علوم سیاسی و مدیریت دولتی معطوف شده است که می‌تواند بستر مناسبی برای تحقق اهداف پژوهشی فراهم کند. پیشنهادهایی نیز در راستای موضوع ارائه شده است.
