بایسته‌های سیاستگذاری ایران در قفقاز جنوبی پس از جنگ دوم قره‌باغ(2020)؛ با تأکید بر روابط ایران و ارمنستان

چکیده

تحولات مادی و معنایی عمیقی در سالیان اخیر در منطقه قفقازجنوبی به‌وجود آمده است. برهمین اساس، پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که باتوجه به تحولات قفقازجنوبی، خصوصاً پس از جنگ­دوم قره­باغ در سال ۲۰۲۰ و درگیری­های میان این دو بازیگر در سال 2023 که به تصرف قره­باغ­کوهستانی توسط باکو انجامید؛ جمهوری‌اسلامی­ایران باید چه رویکردهایی را در قبال این منطقه، خصوصاً در ارتباط با ارمنستان در پیش بگیرد؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، با بهره‌گیری از مبانی و مؤلفه‌های نظریه رئالیسم‌نئوکلاسیک تهاجمی، به تجویزات سیاستگذارانه پرداخته خواهد شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نیز با تأکید بر ضرورت اتخاذ رویکردهای جامعِ ملی‌گرایانه، اهمیتِ تغییر نوع نگاه نخبگان سیاسی ایران به رخدادهای این منطقه را برشمرده و بر مواردی از جمله جدی‌گرفتنِ تهدیدِ اتحاد باکو-اسرائیل، ایجاد رابطه عمیق چند بُعدی با ارمنستان و جلوگیری از تأثیر غرب‌ستیزی بر ایجاد فهم ناقص از رویدادهای منطقه تأکید دارند.
