بررسی جریان‌سازی جنسیتی در فرآیند سیاستگذاری

چکیده

عدالت جنسیتی پیش‌نیازی برای تحقق توسعه­ پایدار می­باشد. به منظور ایجاد عدالت جنسیتی، شکل­گیری جریان­سازی جنسیتی یکی از ضرورت­های اساسی تلقی می­گردد. جریان­سازی جنسیتی، فرآیند ارزیابی آثار عملکرد برنامه­ریزی‌شده شامل قوانین، سیاست­ها و طرح­ها در کلیه زمینه­ها و در کلیه سطوح برای زنان و مردان می­باشد. جریان‌سازی جنسیتی یکی از راهبردهای حصول اطمینان از گنجانیده‌شدن مسائل زنان و مردان در تهیه، اجرا، پایش و ارزیابی سیاست­ها و طرح­ها در کلیه­ عرصه­های سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی می­باشد، به گونه­ای که در آن زنان و مردان به طور مساوی متنفع گردند و نابرابری حاکم نباشد. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی جریان­سازی جنسیتی در چرخه­ سیاستگذاری و معرفی این موضوع به منظور نقد و بررسی کارشناسانه در خصوص اسناد سیاستی بین­المللی در ایران و در ارتباط با این مبحث می­باشد.
