Entering the field of governance training has been seriously considered in recent years.In this study, based on the macro theories of the organization, we will seek to examine the mechanisms of governance schools from the perspective of the role of these centers in empowering governance. And by examining the world's leading government colleges, about 40 government schools were identified and 14 cases have been specifically analyzed. based on the four paradigms of functionalist, structuralist, interpretive and humanistic empowerment, the approaches of the selected governing schools are reviewed and policy recommendations regarding the governing requirements of t Iran are presented.
