And by examining the world's leading government colleges, about 40 government schools were identified and 14 cases have been specifically analyzed. based on the four paradigms of functionalist, structuralist, interpretive and humanistic empowerment, the approaches of the selected governing schools are reviewed and policy recommendations regarding the governing requirements of t Iran are presented.
