The Iranian Journal of Public Policy is an Open Access journal. All published articles are made freely available to readers without subscription or payment for access to the full text.
For manuscripts that are accepted for publication after completing the editorial and peer-review process, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable.
Article Processing Charge: 2,000,000 IRR
The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted. Therefore:
No fee is charged for manuscript submission.
No fee is charged for the peer-review process.
Payment of the APC has no influence on the editorial decision, peer-review outcome, or acceptance of the manuscript.
No APC is charged for manuscripts that are rejected.
After the final acceptance of the manuscript, the corresponding author may pay the Article Processing Charge using the payment information provided below.

After completing the payment, the corresponding author should upload a copy of the payment receipt through the journal’s online submission and manuscript management system, in accordance with the journal’s instructions.
Where applicable, authors should include the manuscript title and manuscript ID with the payment receipt or in the relevant payment description so that the payment can be properly identified.
The journal provides clear information about its Article Processing Charge, the conditions under which it is charged, and the payment procedure. The payment or non-payment of the APC has no influence on the journal’s editorial independence or the scientific peer-review process.
