Abstract

The energy economy in the 21st century is organized based on the power formations of the capitalist economy. Capitalist economy considers a certain "comparative advantage" for each country, and based on the comparative advantage, such countries play a political, economic and strategic role. Energy economy should be considered a part of the global strategy of the United States in the "international division of labor". Countries like Iran, which are in the space of revolutionary action and resistance, become marginalized in the world trade structure.
The control of the global economy is formed by actors who have the necessary ability to produce appropriate strategies in international politics.
