تحلیلی انتقادی بر گفتمان‌های مدیریتی جنگل‌های شمال ایران

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه بازاندیشی و صورت­‌‌بندی دیدگاه‌های مختلف طرح شده در خصوص نحوه مدیریت جنگل‌های شمال کشور با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی است. در این راستا پس از شناسایی نهادهای کنشگری فعال، گزاره­ ها و روایت­ های منتشر شده از سوی آنها استخراج و در مرحله بعد مضامین بکار رفته طبقه­ بندی و در ادامه گفتمان‌های حاکم بر دیدگاه‌های موجود مشخص شد. در نهایت تحلیلی انتقادی از گفتمان­‌ها صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد شش نهاد کنشگری در حوزه مدیریت جنگل های شمال کنشگری کرده و حاصل استخراج دیدگاه‌های کنشگران در  سه  گفتمان مدیریتی شامل تدوین و اجرای طرح جایگزین در بستر طرح تنفس جنگل، حفاظت موزه ای از جنگل و بازگشت به طرح‌­های جنگل‌داری صورت بندی شد. تحلیل انتقادی نشان می­‌دهد که هیچ کدام از سه گفتمان یاد شده قادر نیستند وضعیت نابسامان مدیریت جنگل را واقع­بینانه تفسیر و تشریح کنند.
