The long &widespread presence of Afghan immigrants in Iran has created opportunities &challenges for the political, economic, cultural, social &even security structure of the country, &as a result, scattered policies have been implemented in this regard. In this study, we try to use the four strategies of socialization of immigrants "John W. Berry" to perform a pathological re-reading of policies in this area. The main question of this research is focused on; "What is the most important damage in the process of migration, entry &residence of Afghan immigrants in the Islamic Republic of Iran? Following that, the main hypothesis is that inappropriate policies in terms of legislation ®ulations have led to the lack of preparation &implementation of a comprehensive program for the socialization of Afghan citizens in Iran by the regime, which is the most important damage.
