بررسی سیاستگذاری فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی در حوزه ادبیات داستانی نویسندگان انقلابی

چکیده

مقاله حاضر  به بررسی سیاستگذاری‌ فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه ادبیات داستانی نویسندگان انقلابی می‌پردازد. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از رویکرد نهادگرایی تلاش شده است تا فضای سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ترسیم شود. قلمرو زمانی مقاله از سال ۱۳۶۸ تا ۱۳۹۲ شامل دولت‌های پنجم تا دهم است. اسناد و برنامه‌های توسعه برای تحلیل دقیق‌تر و نشان‌دادن روند تحولات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. پرسش اصلی این است که دولت‌های پس از انقلاب اسلامی چه رویکردی در قبال ادبیات داستانی نویسندگان انقلابی داشته‌اند و آیا سیاست‌های اتخاذشده ماهیت حمایتی داشته‌اند؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که سیاست‌های فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی حمایت از ادبیات داستانی نویسندگان انقلابی را به‌صورت مستقیم و شفاف و به عنوان یک جریان مستقل منعکس نکرده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که سیاستگذاری فرهنگی در حوزه داستانی در هریک از دولت‌ها متأثر از گفتمان فرهنگی حاکم برآن دولت می باشد.
