چکیده

این مقاله به تحلیل بازتولید مسائل مشابه در سیاستگذاری پولی و بانکی ایران از زمان تأسیس بانک مرکزی می‌پردازد. با استفاده از نظریه نهادگرایی و مفهوم «وابستگی به مسیر»، پژوهش به ارزیابی روند تداوم مشکلاتی مانند تورم، کسری بودجه و بی‌انضباطی مالی در ایران از دهه ۱۳۴۰ تا پایان دولت یازدهم جمهوری اسلامی می‌پردازد. هدف این است که نشان داده شود چگونه ساختار نهادی ایران باعث بازتولید مشکلات مشابه در سیاستگذاری پولی شده است. یافته‌ها از تحلیل محتوای خاطرات کارگزاران اقتصادی و مصاحبه‌های آنان استخراج شده است. فرضیه اصلی مقاله این است که ایجاد رانت غیرمولد از طریق نهادهای ناکارآمد، عامل اصلی وابستگی به مسیر در اقتصاد سیاسی ایران است. این پژوهش به بررسی چگونگی تأثیر این وابستگی بر بازتولید بحران‌های اقتصادی و سیاستگذاری در ایران می‌پردازد.
