حکمرانی هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی؛ پژوهشی فراترکیب

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی حکمرانی هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی انجام شده است. برای این منظور، از رویکرد کیفی و روش فراترکیب سـندلوسـکی و باروسـو (2007) اسـتفاده شـده اسـت. از میان اسـناد علمی قابل دسـترس در پایگاه‌های علمی  از سال 2020 تا ماه ژوئن 2025، 24 ســند علمی انتخاب و تحلیل شـدند. برای تحلیل یافته‌ها، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده‌است. جهت تضمین کنترل کیفیت یافته‌های پژوهش، روایی توصیفی و تفسیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. براساس نتایج، الگوی حکمرانی هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی شامل الزامات سیاستگذاری آموزشی- پژوهشی (سیاستگذاری آموزشی و سیاستگذاری پژوهشی)، الزامات سیاستگذاری اخلاقی (سیاستگذاری شفافیت و ارزش‌مداری، سیاستگذاری عدالت محور، سیاستگذاری مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخگویی)، الزامات سیاستگذاری فناوری (سیاستگذاری انطباقی، سیاستگذاری پشتیبانی فنی، سیاستگذاری پذیرش و ترویج، سیاستگذاری حفاظتی و ریسکی)، الزامات سیاستگذاری کارکردی (سیاستگذاری انسجام و یکپارچگی، سیاستگذاری نظارتی) و الزامات سیاستگذاری ارتباطی (سیاستگذاری شبکه‌سازی و مشارکتی) می‌باشد.
