In the end, seven basic themes, three organizing themes &also the overarching theme of "lack of problem-oriented view in family policies" were obtained. These themes show the policy's emphasis on women's motherly &wifely roles &limiting the definition of family to women's roles because laws &policies do not emphasize fatherly duties &the only duty of men in the family is to head &provide livelihood.
