Method of the research is grounded theory. Data is gathered through interview with managers and experts of different related organizations to renewable energy. Analysis of the data has been done in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding and in addition to determining of core phenomenon or category, casual, contextual, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences of development of renewables in I.R.Iran have been explained.
