(IPXI) was organized in the United States as the first experience and model for other intellectual property markets. Despite of the promising beginning, the IPXI experience failed only after two years. This essay is about to addressing legal  analysis of IPXI’s fail factors to present the legislative and executive policy for Iran intellectual property market which started up afew years after IPXI. Due to the similarities between Iran’s and IPXI, the fail causes analysis of IPXI and comparison between these two markets, maybe helpful to cope and handle the Legislative and executive challenges of Iran’s intellectual property market faces; like including just a few number of registered patents and more few finalized contracts after some years. And due to lack of matured procedure, excessively needs to reduce risks and increase incentive market members. <strong>در سال 2008، بازار بین‌المللی دارایی فکری(</strong><strong>IPXI</strong><strong>) در آمریکا به عنوان نخستین تجربه و نیز الگویی برای سایر بازارها با موضوع مبادله‌ی دارایی‌های فکری تاسیس شد که با وجود شروع امیدوارکننده‌اش تنها پس از دو سال با شکست مواجه شد. در این نوشتار با ارائه تحلیلی حقوقس-اقتصادی از علل شکست آن و و نیز مقایسه تفصیلی آن با موازین حاکم بر بازار ایران به راهکارهایی برای تعیین خط مشی تقنینی و اجرایی بازار دارایی‌های فکری ایران پرداخته می شود؛ بازاری که با فاصله کمی از</strong><strong>IPXI</strong><strong> و با الگوبرداری از آن شروع به فعالیت نمود که با وجود گذشت چندین سال از شروع فعالیتش کسر کمی از تعداد کل دارایی‌های فکری را به خود دیده و از آن میان نیز موارد محدودی مورد معامله قرار گرفته است و به دلیل فقدان رویه‌های بالغ بیش از هرچیز نیازمند اعتمادسازی از طریق کاهش میزان ریسک و افزایش مشوق برای فعالیت در بازار است.</strong> https://jppolicy.ut.ac.ir/article_75195_f9705ce63a8d14c36bac4585fb04c50a.pdf
