These partnerships are not without difficulties, caused mainly by the many differences that remain between the worlds of researchers and policymakers. So, in addition to express the incompatibility aspects among the researchers and policy-makers, the barriers of interaction between the research and policy have been identified by documentary study. The results show these barriers can be summarized in four categories as: Ineffective communication among policy makers and researchers, non applicability of research in policy making, Lack of capacity to conduct policy research and Problems in the dissemination of research findings. Finally, recommendations for resolving these problems are presented that are useful for policy-makers and researchers. <em>رابطه میان پژوهش و سیاستگذاری یکی از مهمترین زمینه­ های علاقه ­مندیِ حوزه سیاستگذاری عمومی است؛ زیرا بازیگران مختلف (لابی­گران، محققان، سازمانهای دولتی و غیره) همواره در پی تاثیرگذاری بر دولت هستند اما تعامل میان پژوهش و سیاست به دلیل تفاوت دنیای محققان و سیاستگذاران با چالش­ها و موانع عمده­ای مواجه است. در تحقیق حاضر ضمن بیان جنبه ­های ناسازگاری میان محققان و سیاستگذاران تلاش شده است تا با مطالعات کتابخانه­ ای مجموعه­ ای از موانع پیش­روی تعامل پژوهش و سیاست شناسایی شود. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می­دهد که عمده این موانع را می­توان در قالب چهار طبقه نظیر ارتباط غیر موثر میان سیاستگذار و محقق، غیرکاربردی بودن پژوهش برای سیاست، فقدان ظرفیت برای انجام پژوهش مرتبط با سیاست و مشکلات موجود در اشاعه و نشر یافته­ ها و نتایج پژوهش برشمرد. در انتها نیز توصیه­ هایی برای مرتفع نمودن این موانع و مشکلات ارائه شده که هم برای محققان و هم برای سیاستگذاران درس ­آموز است.</em> https://jppolicy.ut.ac.ir/article_60111_a9339ddbaffca164414ba1d48f503a32.pdf
