Majority of countries need to develop appropriate, coherent and continuous policies to combat this phenomenon which has occurred as a general matter. Constitutions and other laws in different countries are intended to combat the corruption. Governments according to their specific conditions, particularly economic, administrative, social and political plan and react by different approaches. This research applies content analysis and content analysis techniques to assess and analyze the content of policies over the past four programs In four dimensions of economic, administrative, social and political in order to fight corruption.
